RESEARCH WITH CONTEXT

How we review

Product guidance should help a reader decide whether an option suits their garden—not pressure them into a purchase.

What we consider

Our product research may consider published specifications, materials, intended use, usability considerations, warranty information, value, alternatives, manufacturer documentation and reputable third-party information. The weight of each factor changes with the product category.

What we do not claim

We do not imply hands-on testing when it has not occurred. We do not fabricate a testing period, assign unsupported scores or present manufactured review counts. If we conduct first-hand testing in the future, the method and scope will be stated plainly on the relevant page.

Buying guides and comparisons

A buying guide starts with the decision criteria. A comparison explains meaningful trade-offs. Neither format should assume a single product is right for every garden, climate or budget.

Affiliate relationships

Where a link is an affiliate link, a disclosure will appear near the relevant commercial content. Affiliate availability does not automatically determine what products are discussed or which considerations appear first.
