Does anybody know why there isn’t a lot funding/progress in higher Manhattan? We’re speaking above one hundred and tenth St. in Morningside Heights, Harlem, East Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Fort George, Inwood. Over the previous 25 years, we now have seen a brand new skyline go up in Jersey Metropolis and Brooklyn, even downtown like Hudson Yards, however nothing of that kind uptown even at Manhattan’s northern finish.
