Not with the ability to measure!

I had my first order in fiverr yesterday & my consumer gave me this and requested me to visualise this in 3D. She solely stated It's in meters however didn't present any dxf or dwg file. Can anybody inform me what does 6.63⁵ means? Or 11^5? I'm having a tough time measuring this precisely :((
