The Administrator, Nationwide Judicial Institute, Justice Salisu Garba Abdullahi, whereas talking on the theme of the workshop: ‘The Position of the Judiciary in Accelerating Digital Transformation in Nigeria’, stated the theme was chosen to advance discussions on the overt impression of expertise on the telecommunications sector; to collectively discover methods and devise methods that may improve the performance of the sector, notably with respect to its authorized regime; and to restate the pivotal function performed by the Judiciary in bolstering belief and confidence within the sector.
