Residential tasks have dominated the 2024 ACT Structure Awards, with one specific residential refurbishment taking out the highest prize.
Home on a Path by Joanna Nelson Architect received each the Canberra Medallion and The Gene Willsford Award for Residential Structure – Homes (Alterations and Additions). The venture concerned renovating and increasing a Nineteen Seventies residence for up to date occupation.
Jury chair Jessica de Rome stated this 12 months’s awards submissions have demonstrated that structure could be impactful in any respect sizes and scales. “[…] a lot could be accomplished with much less.
